|Two arrested after burglary|

Two arrests have been made following an Oct. 24 burglary on Bayridge Lane.
Duxbury Police arrested Kevin Sterbenz, 23, of Duxbury, for the burglary earlier in the day on Thursday. The burglary occurred between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. At 6 p.m., officer stopped a vehicle pulling into Sterbenz’s home on Bassett Brook Lane and found Sterbenz as the passenger in the vehicle. Sterbenz was found to be in possession of items taken from the Bayridge Lane home.
The vehicle owner, Melinda Collins, 23, of Duxbury, was in the possession of marijuana and items associated with the distribution of marijuana.
Sterbenz was arrested and charged with daytime burglary and Collins was placed under arrest and charged with possession of a class D substance with the intent to distribute.
Both were transported to the Duxbury Police Station for processing and were later released on bail for arraignment Monday at Plymouth District Court.
