The Duxbury Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will be holding its Annual Public Forum on Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. at the Duxbury Town Hall (Mural Room), 878 Tremont ST, Duxbury. The Agenda will include a history of the CPA in Duxbury, a review of the process the CPC undertakes in carrying out its mission, and a financial review.
This year the Duxbury Community Preservation Committee is taking a slightly different approach and inviting members of Duxbury Boards or Committees to discuss what they envision for the future of Duxbury; what are the projected plans for the Town, how are these prioritized, and how will these be funded? Is CPA funding included in your Board’s planning and how would the Duxbury Board or Committee prioritize CPA expenditures?
We look forward to a constructive discussion with representatives of the Duxbury Boards or Committees and the general public. An agenda will be posted closer to the public forum date in the Duxbury Town Hall and on the Duxbury Town website.
