Junior Meghan O’Neal moved up to No. 1 singles with the absence of Kelly Dame and rallied from a tough first set loss to beat Marshfield’s Erin Kane, 4-6/6-4/6-3, to lead the Lady Dragons to a 3-2 win over the Rams.

Sophomore Brooke McCarthy took over the No. 2 slot where she lost to Kerry Magoon, 2-6/4-6, while senior doubles player Caroline Phinney easily took care of Paige Leahy, 6-1/6-1 at No. 3 singles. Senior Anna McGeady teamed with freshman Sarah Palfrey and came back from a 4-6 loss in their first set to beat Cara Gumes and Noel McHugh, 6-3/6-2 at No. 1 doubles, while freshman Sarah Holbrook and sophomore Rachel Jones     showed the team has some depth for the future when they lost a marathon match to Maddie Sauba and Amy Kazynski, 7-6/4-6/3-6, at No. 2 doubles
