The Duxbury boys’ soccer team that has had trouble scoring, finally broke out of its malaise with a three-goal outburst against Quincy High School for its first win of the season.
The injury-plagued Dragons, who were missing nine players, shut out the Presidents in their third straight road game of the season.
Junior midfielder Max Cook scored what proved to be the winning goal, while senior midfielder Jason Marino tallied an insurance goal and junior Alex Kennelly finished off the scoring.
After entertaining Scituate yesterday afternoon, the boys will hit the road once again when they travel to North Quincy on Thursday afternoon.
