Elaine La Rosa,53, of Bay Road pleaded innocent to improper use of a credit card over $250 in Plymouth District Court last week.
She was released on assurance she would return to face charges May 9.
Plymouth police charged LaRosea with using a credit card in someone else’s name to charge a $1,026.98 bill for a long term stay at the Pilgrim Sands Motel.
Duxbury police charged her with fraudulently attaining a credit card from a local senior citizen according to police court officer Robert Fontaine.
