    FAQ

Here at the Clipper we appreciate your subscription and we want to make sure you're a satisfied customer. Below find answers to many commonly asked questions. Please feel free to give us a call or drop a line if your question isn't answered here. Thanks for reading the Clipper!

Can I give a gift subscription to the Clipper?
Yes, absolutely. An Clipper gift subscription is a great idea for college students, neighbors or family members. We have gift cards available in our office. You can place your gift subscription just as you would a regular subscriptio using our online form.

How is the paper mailed out?
The Duxbury Clipper is qualified as periodicals by the U.S. Postal Service. This is a special rate reserved only for certain newspapers and magazines after undergoing an application process and review. Periodical rates give our subscribers special advantages over standard mailing rates, including faster delivery and forwarding.

My son/daughter is going off to school. Can I send them a subscription?
Yes, we offer a special reduced rate for students which runs from September to May. You can sign up using our online form or call our main office.

We are going away for the summer/winter. What can I do with my subscription?
We can accomodate your plans whether you head north for the summer or south for the winter. We'd be happy to forward your subscription while you are away so you won't lose touch with the goings on back home, or we can place a hold on your subscription and start it back up again when you return. Just call our office and let us your know your preference.

I didn't received my paper this week. What should I do?
    1) Call us at our main office and we can verify your address and subscription status.
    2) Check with your postal carrier. We work closely with the post office to ensure that all papers reach their intended recipient, but it is possible there was a isolated problem with your paper. (Hey, your postman is probably a Clipper fan too!)
    3) You are welcome to stop by our office in Duxbury to pick up a complimentary copy.
    4) Call us and we'd be happy to extend your subcription to make up for any missed issues
