Duxbury Post 223 renews support for Cub Scout Pack 1776.
Legionnaires attend the Pack 1776 annual dinner at the Chandler Street Cafeteria. Legionnaires Tom Corn and Dave Murphy present Cub Master Sue Holman with their sponsorship check for 2008.
Post 223 has been sponsoring Pack 223 for many years. The Post is extremely grateful for the support of Pack 1776 especially during the Memorial Day weekend. The scouts, along with local girl scouts decorate all the veteran’s graves at Mayflower Cemetery with a geranium and an American Flag.
